SP Seal Coat HT
Provides a seal for HPC to block water/moisture absorption and seal the surface up to 260°C / 500°F.
SP SEAL COAT HT is a single-component hybrid resin, water-based coating using specific ceramic loads for application directly over HPC to seal and face up to 500°F (260°C). It was designed to provide a seal for HPC to block water/moisture absorption and seal the surface. HPC offers a ‘green’, non-flammable, non-toxic formula for surface applications. SP SEAL COAT HT is easily applied and can be applied direct to HPC. It will give additional protection for CUI development.

As the top coat for HPC. This is one optional top coat but is designed to face high heat.

Ceramic Insulation Coating - Engineered to Block Heat up to 600°C / 1112°F
HPC-HT is a two-part (9 to 1) hybrid silicone non-flammable resin (Part B is cure). Part A is water-based resins using specific ceramic compound loads for application directly over surface temps of 232°C (450°F) and up to 600°C (1112°F). It was designed to block and hold the interior temperature on the surface and reduce heat transfer loss to ambient.
Typical Uses

As the high-temp insulation coat surfaces greater than 200°C, over hot pipes, tanks, and valves.

Ceramic Insulation Coating - Engineered to Block Heat up to 232°C / 450°F
HPC® COATING is a unique combination of high-performance, specially designed high-temperature resins in a waterborne formula. This coating will dry slowly by evaporation and can be aided in the dry down by adding high heat to the environment. HPC® COATING was engineered to be applied over hot pipes or other high-temperature surfaces to achieve immediate adhesion while lowering the temperature of the hot surface. Using this coating as the primer and base build coat, we can achieve adhesion over the hot surface and create a surface that is insulated to stop heat flow. It is waterborne to offer a nonflammable, non-toxic formula for high-heat situations.
Ceramic Insulation Coating - Engineered to Block Heat up to 176°C / 350°F
HSC® Coating is specifically engineered to control hot surface temperatures up to 176 °C / 350°F. It is lightweight and smooth in appearance. This is a water-borne system using a special acrylic blend with specific ceramic compounds to provide the non-conductive block against heat transfer without depending upon reflectivity. The coating will dry down on a cold surface by evaporation, and can be aided in the dry down by adding heat to the environment. If the surface is already heated, the dry-down process will take care of itself without additional steps required.
Ceramic Thermal Barrier Coating - Engineered to Repel Heat.
EPOXO THERM ® is a tough, adherent two-component Epoxy coating that produces a hard yet flexible coating film. EPOXO THERM ® will demonstrate excellent chemical and solvent resistance when utilized in harsh atmospheres and will also provide outstanding water and humidity resistance.
EPOXO THERM ® is made with similar compounding as SUPERTHERM ®.
EPOXO THERM ® has three ceramic compounds in the formula to slow heat conduction from radiant and conductive heat sources. This helps to prevent THERMAL SHOCK by the substrate, particularly concrete. The ceramic compounds also help this epoxy formulation to withstand the UV effects of the sun that will chalk all epoxy formulations.
EPOXO THERM ® will adhere tenaciously to a variety of substrates such as carbon steel ( phosphated or non-phosphated ), wood, and concrete.
